Samina Qureshi is the Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN, LD) and owner of Wholesome Start Nutrition Counseling, a virtual nutrition practice in Houston, Texas. Samina received her B.S. in Nutritional Sciences/Dietetics from the University of Texas at Austin where she also completed her dietetic internship to become an RDN. Samina’s passion is to help people nourish their bodies and feel their best without stress, guilt, or shame. Her wellness philosophy is derived from her training in Integrative and Functional Nutrition, Intuitive Eating, and Health At Every Size (HAES) principles.
