Welcome! We are thrilled that you have considered being matched with a virtual mentor. We’re sorry that registration is currently closed for the current cohort but we want to learn more about you so that we can match you with a mentor when the time comes.
If you haven’t please take a second to read through the program requirements.
OUR MENTOR PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
Meet with your mentor at least once a month (virtual or in-person)
Develop jointly written goals (i.e.- documented and measurable) and sign the mentor program agreement with established goals.
Provide formal feedback through the Diversify Dietetics' evaluation process.
