This event is intended to give current and aspiring dietitians an up-close look at life as a Black-owned farmer featuring fifth-generation farmer, PJ Haynie. After a farm tour and Q&A with PJ, communication expert, registered dietitian, Valerie Agyeman will lead us through an interactive and educational cooking demo and provide tips on communicating with the media.
